Triala, supplies two different types of warning tapes, non-detectable grades (polyethylene) and detectable/detecting grade warning tape (metal backed) that can be located with pipe and cable locators.
Triala also supplies heavy duty, yet lightweight environmentally friendly protection tiles that can be laid over high voltage power cables or any other buried services which require additional protection.
polyethylene cable cover/tiles constitutes a cable warning, protection and marker system for use for all ground conditions. Being extremely tough and long lasting, our tiles offer ideal protection to different types of underground services. Unlike concrete tiles, the polyethylene tiles are extremely tough and do not tend to crack. They comply with impact strength requirement for concrete tiles to BS 2484.
warning and marker tapes will only offer a visual warning to excavators. They are not intended to offer any protection or resistance to further excavation but, protection tiles are manufactured to protect underground electrical cables, telephone cables, fiber optic cables, water pipes and gas pipes, as we can manufacture and supply protection tiles with a unique colored and printed warning tape.
All protection tiles are pre-drilled and supplied with a joining peg for easy installation.
